Rapunzel's Foam Pan Tutorial ( Con-safe)

So you want a frying pan to complete your Rapunzel cosplay but you don't want to spend $25 on the official Tangled frying pan or $50 on the rubber frying pan? Well if you have a bit of craft foam, contact cement and acrylic paint lying around then you can make a convention safe crying pan for cheap!

You can pick up the pattern free here:

Print it out on normal printer paper and cut it out.

Materials needed:

-1 sheet of 1/2 inch EVA foam (available at Harbor Freight, Home Depot, or Lowes)

-Contact Cement or Super glue

-Acrylic paint in black and silver

-Sharp Exacto knife or box cutter

Optional:

-Dremel ( creates realistic texture and round out edges)

-heat gun (helps seal the foam)

-plastidip (helps make painting easier)

-Brown and green acrylic paint

-Medium guage wire

Once you have your supplies gathered and pieces cut out, follow the video tutorial below and don't forget to subscribe!
